We are looking for Business Intelligence Specialist who wants to make the dream a reality.
The person, who takes this position, will be based in our Istanbul Office and work as a Business Intelligence Specialist for our Istanbul office.
Skills & Requirements:
•Bachelor or Master’s degree required, preferably in a quantitative field including Statistics, Engineering, •Economics or Management;
•Preferably 2 years of experience with hands-on data analytics and problem-solving ability;
•Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs, specifically Excel;
•Strong knowledge of Google Analytics;
•SQL knowledge and basic understanding of databases;
•Passionate about analytics and data-driven marketing;
•Excellent verbal, analytical, leadership and written communication skills;
•Ability to manage multiple projects at one time;
•Highly analytical and detail-oriented;
•Intellectually curious with a strong willingness to learn.
•Develop and oversee customers’ usage and success rate of Insider Applications;
•Provide analysis and insight for daily customer meetings;
•Play Liaison Role for organizing and presenting Partner Success Team’s contribution to product development processes;
•Preparing and developing weekly usage reports and analysis and share these analysis with relevant internal parties;
•Delivering segmentation of Insider Customers and reporting and analyzing it on a weekly basis;
•Working closely with development team to add, update and verify implementation of analytics tracking on Insider Applications;
•Providing CRM reports for tracking Partner Success Team field activities;
•Develop reports and make actionable recommendations for Insider Customers based on Insider data metrics.
