Skills & Requirements
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related subject,
6+ years of hands-on coding experience at top-notch technology companies,
3+ years of experience in cross-functional leadership roles including significant expertise in product management, engineering and operations,
A clear understanding of fast paced, highly demanding, intense startup environments and passion to work in one, ability is not enough.
A strongly technical, hands-on and into the details hero/heroine who can write code, do architecture, design and code reviews, if needed.
Experience designing complex software systems that span the full stack,
Experience within teams that were using one of the following is highly preferable; Scala, Ruby, PHP, NodeJS, GO,
Very data and metrics driven personality with amazing leadership skills who understands the human element as much as s/he understands the code,
Strong project management skills, including agile methodologies,
Ability to work as part of an executive team, communicating effectively with other teams and customers,
Excellent level of English
