JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Create blog articles on a daily basis by interviewing authors and ghost blogging for them;
  • Coordinate content localization activities with global offices;
  • Closely follow industry trends and news and manage social media accounts by creating  compelling content on a daily basis, including multimedia content;
  • Manage e-mail marketing campaigns; define email flows, create campaign content for various audiences, prepare lists and deploy e-mail campaigns;
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market;
  • Responsible for our client marketing strategy, working directly with our head of partnership;
  • Creating and executing client engagement marketing strategies, including guest blogging, joint PR, case studies, co-sponsored events, and so forth for the partnership program,
  • Planning and running be spoke marketing campaigns working in tight collaboration without client and sales teams, including writing research, creating targeted email communications,running roundtables and networking events, etc.
  • Sales enablement - communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of your products;
  • Product launch - plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan;
  • Market intelligence - be the expert on your buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on your corn petition and how to crush them;
  • Demand generation - develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for your products.
  • Build relationships with blogs and media outlets, writing and publishing PR articles, and improving our brand awareness globally.
  • Liasing with global offices to organize webinars, top leadership webinars with our partners, 
  • Reporting key marketing metrics and monthly improvement to the top management.

 
Skills & Requirements:

  • Having a great passion for writing and an excellent command of English
  • Having experience in B2B product/content marketing in a high tech company is preferred;
  • Strong project management skills to drive multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively and juggle multiple projects quickly;
  • Experience in managing and creating content for marketing using social media 
  • Experience in e-mail marketing & demand/lead generation is preferred
  • Experience in  blogging and blog management is preferred
  • Proven creative thinker that can generate and execute on innovative “break out” marketing ideas;
  • Demonstrated ability in launching and growing hit products;
  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties;
  • Very strong written and oral communication skills for both Turkish and English;
  • Strong sense of humor and a hearty appetite for growth.
